I’m new to Circuit Go! Where do I start?

First things first, make sure your site uses Circuit Go by using our checker.

Circuit Go gives you two simple ways to pay for your laundry – through the Circuit Go app on your Apple or Android phone, or by tapping the contactless terminal or inserting your card underneath the reader, which you’ll find in the laundry room.

How can I transfer my balance from an old Circuit app?

Simply get in contact with us with your email address for the old Circuit app. If you do not have access the email address used in the old Circuit app you will need to provided a receipt and the means of purchase to cover the balance. If you cannot find these details, please contact out customer service team.

How can I transfer balance from a laundry card?

You’ll need to send in your laundry card to our head office. For more on this, contact us direct.

What’s the Circuit Go wall terminal?

Circuit Go uses a wall-mounted payment terminal that lets you pay contactlessly by card or smart device. Enter your email address after payment to receive notifications and receipts.

What are the main differences between Circuit Go and the old payment platforms?

  • You can now book a machine on the app.
  • You can pay by card without setting up an account; this includes Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.
  • You can use both the app or the contactless wall terminal

What are some key features I can find in the app?

As well as making it simple to book and pay for your laundry, the Circuit Go gives you all your usage history. Go to Activities to find:

  • Your receipts from your payments to Circuit Go
  • When payments were made
  • Which machine you paid for
  • Date of payment

You can check your wallet balance by clicking on the balance banner, where you’ll also find wallet settings.

Why can't I find Circuit Go in the Apple App Store or Google Play?

If Circuit Go doesn’t show up when you search, quickly check you’ve spelled it correctly. Still not showing up? It might be because you have an older smartphone. Circuit Go only works with iPhone 5 and newer, and Android version 8 and newer.

If you don’t have a compatible phone, simply use your card to tap the wall terminal in the laundry room.

How do I create a Circuit Go profile?

  1. Download Circuit Go to your smartphone from Google Play or the App Store.
  2. Open the app and tap ‘create a new user’. Enter your name and phone number, then make a PIN code.
  3. When you create a user, we’ll send you a 6-digit one-time code by text, which you must enter to confirm your phone number.
  4. To use Circuit Go, you’ll need a valid payment card. Circuit Go accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, JBC, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, iDEAL, and Bancontact.
  5. All set! You’re now ready to use Circuit Go.

Why can't I create an account in the Circuit Go app?

Why didn’t I receive a one-time code?

  • Make sure you’re connected to your mobile network and have entered the right phone number and country code
  • If you’ve still not received a one-time code and have a good connection, you can press the “send new code” button
  • If you still don’t receive the one-time code, contact Airwallet at Circuitgo@circuitgroup.com or 0808 281 22 88 and we will help you verify the account

I can’t sign into the Circuit Go app, what do I do?

Start by making sure you’ve entered the correct phone number and country code, and have a stable connection to your mobile network/the internet.

Forgotten your PIN? You can always press ‘Forgot PIN?’ on the sign-in page – all you have to do is enter your phone number and wait for a one-time code, which will arrive as a text.

When you’ve entered the code, you can select a new PIN. (Make sure you’re connected to your network so you can receive text messages.)

How do I delete my profile?

If you get a new phone number or don’t want to use Circuit Go anymore, it’s worth taking the time to delete your account properly. Go to Log in ➜ Settings ➜ My profile ➜ Delete profile.

I’ve paid to use a machine, but it won’t start. What can I do?

For the majority of our machines, you’ll be able to restart the machine for free within the first 15 minutes after your payment. If your payment has been received and the washing machine still doesn’t start, tap ‘Trouble?’ in the app.

Afterward, a pop-up tab will appear, allowing you to choose ‘Start again’.

If this isn’t working, please contact Circuit on 0808 281 22 88 or Circuitgo@circuitgroup.com and have your transaction ID or phone number ready. You can find the transaction ID on the receipt in the app.

If you can’t find your receipt, it’s probably because you’ve only booked the machine and haven’t paid to use it yet. You only pay for the machine when you start it.

If you need a refund, the amount will be returned to your account within 5-10 business days.

Why can’t I connect to the machine I want to use?

If you can’t connect to the machine, there might be an issue with the Bluetooth connection between phone and machine.

To solve this:

  • Make sure you’re actually in the laundry room – you can only pay for machines within a 10-30 metre radius
  • Make sure Bluetooth is on and allowed in Bluetooth permissions
  • Make sure the machine is ready to receive payment by closing the door and selecting a programme
  • If you’re using an Android phone and it can’t connect to any of the machines in the laundry, your phone might have reached its limit of how many devices it can connect to. Go to Settings → choose Apps → tap on the button to sort your apps → enable Show system apps → choose Bluetooth → tap Storage → tap Clear data

The machine says it’s occupied in the app, but isn’t currently being used. What’s going on?

This could be because:

  • The list of machines in the laundry is only updated once a minute
  • Some machines only become available again when the previous wash is finished and the door is opened

Why hasn’t the cycle finished when it shows as finished in the app?

The washers sometimes may take longer than the estimated time, this is so you get a good quality wash.

How do I book a machine?

  1. In the Circuit Go app, tap “booking” to bring up a calendar. Please note that you can only book up to in the future.
  2. Choose the date you want
  3. Choose the time and make a holding payment

What do I do when the payment terminal screen is black?

Please contact our customer support and use the Circuit Go app in the meantime.

Can I get a receipt for my wall terminal payment?

You can! When you’ve made a payment, just enter your email address and we’ll send one through.

Can I get confirmation when I use the Circuit Go wall terminal?

Enter your email address when you’ve made payment and we’ll send confirmation.
