Circuit Laundry Card and App Terms and Conditions of Use

Your right to cancel

At Circuit Launderette Services Ltd we want you to be delighted every time you top-up with Circuit Laundry. You have the right to cancel your purchase of the app/card credit. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of top-up purchases where all or part of the top-up credit has been used.

To cancel credit made to a laundry card, please contact Circuit Launderette Services Ltd within seven working days of the date that the top-up code was emailed to you either by email or post. To facilitate processing your refund as promptly as possible, please forward your Circuit Laundry Top-Up Card, the reason for requesting a refund and top-up code purchase receipt to: Circuit Launderette Services Ltd, Victoria Court, Halifax Road, Ripponden, West Yorkshire, HX6 4AJ.

Please note that any credit added to your account more than 12 months ago will not be refunded.

For your protection, when returning a Circuit Laundry Top-Up Card to us, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the Circuit Laundry Top-Up Card and Circuit Launderette Services Ltd are not responsible for any Circuit Laundry Top-Up cards lost in the post.

 

Code expiry

Your top up code will expire after 14 days, if you do not use your code within the given time you will lose your credit. Circuit Launderette Services Ltd are not liable to issue a new code or to refund the credit if you have allowed your code to expire.

Once you have used your top up code to transfer the credit onto your card, the credit will remain on your card indefinitely. This will not expire.

Policy for unused credit

To receive a refund of part-used top-up credit, please send your Circuit Laundry Top-Up Card along with a copy of the original top-up code receipt to: Circuit Launderette Services Ltd at Circuit Launderette Services Ltd, Victoria Court, Halifax Road, Ripponden, West Yorkshire, HX6 4AJ.

Please note: We do require a screenshot of your app account, the reason for requesting a refund and a copy of your PayPal receipt with a Transaction or Receipt ID number to complete a refund, so please ensure you have sent this in.

With immediate effect, Circuit will not charge the usual £3.00 administration fee. The minimum refundable balance of £5.00 will also be removed. Refunds will only be made using the payment method used for purchase. Refunds will only be made using the payment method used for purchase.

Refunds will not be processed for any free credit.

Lost cards

The Circuit Laundry Top-Up Card is the sole responsibility of the cardholder and Circuit Launderette Services Ltd will not accept liability for any loss of credit should the Circuit Laundry Top-Up Card be lost or stolen. The card should be kept safe at all times and considered the same as cash. No credit will be issued on replacement Circuit Laundry Top-Up cards.

Please note: Circuit Launderette Services Ltd reserve the right to charge a nominal fee for the replacement of lost or stolen Circuit Laundry Top-Up cards.

Refund policy

If you have lost credit on your the Circuit App of Circuit Laundry Card please send an email to refunds@circuitgroup.com quoting the following information:

  • Name
  • Card number or app username
  • Site reference
  • Site name
  • Machines used
  • The fault you experienced
  • Amount lost

Please note that all faults must be reported within 48 hours of the incident.
