There is a known issue with the Circuit Plus app and we are working to fix it.
Android phones on older operating systems are not able to see the Circuit machines in the app.
This impacts Android phones on v11 or below. If you phone does not update to v12 or above please get a laundry card from your laundry or site office if possible.
Android phones on v12 or above please check Bluetooth is switched on and Nearby Devices is set for the app.
We are working to fix the issues as quickly as possible.

Wash your jeans inside out!
To help minimise colour loss turn jeans inside out before placing them in the washer and leave them inside out until you remove them from the dryer!
