It looks like PayPal need to perform some additional checks before they can process your payment, don't worry, once your payment has been approved your top-up code will be emailed to the address you've given us. If your payment is declined by PayPal it will be automatically refunded to you.
These checks can take up to 72 hours to complete, please do not attempt payment again.
